From my initial consultation with Mr Cloke through to my operation and follow up appointments ,post operation .Mr Cloke was excellent in his explanation of the condition ,his explanation of the procedure and the possible alternatives . I was very impressed by his professional ,yet friendly approach and his ability to make you feel at ease .

After a long delay due to Covid for a shoulder injury when I got through to Mr Cloak he took me seriously and very rapidly booked me in for an operation which has been a success I very much appreciate his help.
